Refund policy
Return, refunds and cancellation policy:
Thank you for shopping with Belle Collective & Co. Please read the below returns policy before placing your order as refunds are only offered for faulty goods. If your item is faulty, the item does need to be returned to us within 7 days of receiving it and a full refund will be issued upon approval after inspection.
We can offer an exchange on most products excluding hats and jewellery due to hygiene reasons.
Refunds:
We ask that you choose carefully, as we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. It is the buyers' responsibility to inspect the goods within 48 hours of delivery. We must be notified in writing of any damages upon receipt of goods, including proof of damages during this period. Items will need to be returned within 7 days after sending proof of damage to be considered for full refund.
Refunds are only offered for faulty goods that do not match the description or do not perform to their function. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and have all tags attached. Belle Collective & Co reserves the right to deny a refund if the item is not returned in the specified condition. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please take special care with packaging an item to return it to us to ensure it is returned in its original condition. We encourage you to use a tracked parcel service to ensure your item (s) reach us. If it is an option for you, we would prefer you to return your item to either stores.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your debit/credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges:
If you have ordered the incorrect size or the item isn't what you expected, we are happy to exchange or provide a store credit (valid for 3 years). Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached, void of any make up or odours / scents.
All sale items from our sale collection are tagged as "Final Sale" and are not eligible for a return or exchange.
Please note: we do not cover the cost of return postage.

Gift Vouchers:
Belle Collective & Co gift vouchers are redeemable for merchandise only and at this stage can only be used In-Store. They are not exchangeable for cash, nor are they transferable.
