• Please allow 2-5 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. 
• Standard Shipping (2-8 Business Days): $10.00*
• Express Shipping (1-4 Business Days): $15.00*
• Free Standard Shipping for orders over $150

*Please note that we have two fulfilment locations (Montville & Mooloolaba). On some occasions when purchasing multiple items, they may not both be available in the one location meaning your order may need to be shipped separately, therefore double shipping will be charged. Please get in touch with us (prior to placing your order) if you would prefer us to combine your parcel via a store transfer (allow an additional 2-5 business days for us to transfer between our stores) and we would be more than happy to ship for the above costs. 

Tracking your order:

Once your order is packed and leaves our store, you will receive an automated email with your tracking information. You can use this information to track your order via www.auspost.com.au/track or via the link in the email sent.

Please Note:

• The time frames above are estimates only. Sometimes there can be unexpected delays. The delivery time frames do not include the processing and packaging time. 
• We process orders on business days in business hours, which are Monday to Friday (excluding any public holidays in QLD, Australia) 9:00am - 4:00pm. 
• If you have not received your items within the designated time frames, please email us at hello@bellecollectiveandco.com.au with your full name and order number and we will investigate it on your behalf. We do not offer refunds or compensation for orders received outside of these times as it is out of our control. Delays are rare, but can happen unexpectedly. We will do our best to fix any issues that may arise.
